Once you reach Uranus, getting tellurium isn't going to be all that difficult. Just run around completing nodes on the planet. This is the slow approach by the way. Any archwing missions on Uranus can drop it, space or submersible. Submersible missions on Grineer Sea Labs Tilesets are where I usually get mine. 3.
