Max weight & height. 125 in both strike & ki blast (the max weight will even out your strike & ki blast stats, making every super & ultimate hit like a freight train). 42, 84, or 125 points in stamina, depending on how well you are at managing it (could go with none at all honestly). Stat wise try this: Health 40, Stamina 42, Ki Blast supers 125. The last 125 points can go atleast two ways: Put them into basic for a build that lets you hit hard up close and use ki blast supers at mid to long range or put them into strike supers for a build that effectively lets you mix strike & ki blast supers on the same build.

Build only has three options, thin characters receive 20% more Ki Blast (Basic/Super) power, and 20% less Melee/Strike (Basic/Super) power, while thicker characters get the opposite. In short, deviating from the default will result in changes to your character's base stats. A tall character will have more health, but less speed.
Male Saiyans are good strikers, Female Saiyans are the best natural ki blasters in the game (I think Freeza is better after golden, however). Because super saiyan tfs shoot ki regen in the foot, divinity unleashed is kind of a must for them. You'll spend a lot of time just punching stuff but, honestly, 125 basic attack is a bit excessive.
