Everything else I used (Kaplan books/questions, "daily mcat question" services, etc.) were a complete waste of time. I would also highly highly suggest going onto the MCAT reddit and finding one of the high yield Anki decks and hit it daily, particularly for P/S (that section is basically a vocab test) Good luck!
I have taken both the mcat and nclex. Nursing isn't harder than biology, but it definitely requires more thought because every question is critical thinking and the consequences of doing something wrong can kill someone in clinical. The physics section was almost entirely optics for me so you may want to brush up in that.
