Oct 22, 2015 · Fisher plow relay clicking but no movement. Its not a plow side issue worked fine on one of my other trucks, controller shorted out due to someone installing wrong fuse. Put a working controller in and tested a million things including the power getting to the pump. And still nothing. Relay just clicks.

Need help no power to fisher plow controller on a 2009 ford F250, 3 port 3 wire. Bought new controller which did not fix issue. When controller is plugged in to harness I lose 12v at the twin 10a fuses/power into module. so i thought the controller was shorting something out in the module. Checked power/gnd at 6 pin and all good when not connected.If not, then it's stuck and your best bet is to replace it. If you find it doesn't have magnetism, then either the coil isn't getting power (or ground) so you need to start checking your connections, or the coil itself is bad.
