I haven't had any problems with my A300 Ultima Patrol. However, I have heard that occasionally there are some semi-auto shotguns that have ejection issues with low (short) brass shells. The easiest remedy may be to only shoot high (tall) brass shells like standard birdshot, 00 buckshot, and slugs. Hopefully Beretta has a fix for your shotgun.
